Organic Sweet Onions have sugary flavor notes that aren’t as pronounced in yellow varieties. Crunchy and mild, these onions are excellent for those who prefer a less sharp oniony taste in raw and cooked recipes. Sweet onions are ideal for topping sandwiches and burgers or throwing on the grill for summer kebabs or tailgating parties. And, because of their sugar content, they are easy to caramelize and are wonderful to keep on hand for topping pizzas, grilled meats or adding to quiche.

Store whole onions in a cool, dry place with good air circulation for up to two months. Once cut, tightly wrap any unused onion in plastic, refrigerate and use within four days.
